✨ Open House on the Art of Public Speaking✨ On 18th July 2026, from 4:00 PM onwards, Rotary Club of Belgaum Darpan, in association with Belagavi Toastmasters Centenary Club, successfully hosted an inspiring Open House Meeting at Beacon Hotel, Belgaum. The event gave participants and guests a wonderful opportunity to witness the art of public speaking, effective communication, and confident leadership in action.
